Your Mind Matters!!

I have always had a passion, not only for helping others, but for sharing my compassion and empathy to those who need it the most. Whether someone has a learning disability, a mental/physical disability, or any other limitations, I got you and I am here to support you. As an ADHD kid, I lived undiagnosed until the age of 17 and now I seriously couldn’t possibly be more thankful for my resources.

Creativity drives me Wild.

Many of us ADHDers are more innovative and creative than any neurotypical could ever imagine, that’s why it’s our superpower. Although it often goes unnoticed, ADHD is both a blessing and a curse in disguise due to all of it’s advantages and setbacks. My mission is to end the stigma of the negative stereotypes and ideas of ADHD and to encourage others to embrace their uniqueness and differences because it is so totally worth it, I promise, you guys.

Over this course of things, here are a few ways to help discover and embrace our neurodiversity.

ADHD is a mentally-gifted superpower.

Personality

Maybe you’re a purple personality type…like me:))

Many ADHDers embody some of these characteristics.

Take time to explore and discover different facets of your own personality to truly appreciate and love who you are.

Many of us end up accidentally being the total center of attention simply just because we are original, unique, funny, spiraling stars of creativity.

Making the Best of Life

HAVE FUN AND GO CRAZY IF YOU WANT

We thrive on the excitement, spontaneity, adventures that our unregulated dopamine brings, with a love for exploring the unknown.

Go outside, take a vacation, make new friends, find something (or multiple things in our case) that you are SUPER passionate about, change the world, appreciate nature, when feasible of course :))

Support

Others are always here to help

Try your best to find a healthy support system to confide in during your good, bad, and stressful times.

Friends, family, and mentors can end up being some of the best people to go to when we are going through struggles.

“I’d rather regret the risks that didn’t work out than the chances that I didn’t take at all”
